1. Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

Thank you for shopping with ProBuilds Custom LLC. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from ProBuilds Custom LLC are final.

We do not provide monetary refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Duplicate purchases
Failure to review a product description
Promotional entry amounts
Giveaway outcomes
Shipping charges
Discounted or promotional merchandise

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Returns at Our Discretion

ProBuilds Custom LLC may, at its sole discretion, authorize a return for an exchange or store credit.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Merchandise returned without prior written approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for consideration, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unused and unwashed
In its original condition
Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair and damage
Returned with all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by the applicable order number

ProBuilds Custom LLC reserves the right to deny a return when the merchandise does not meet these requirements.

No Cash or Payment-Method Refunds

Approved returns will not result in money being returned to the original payment method.

At our discretion, an approved return may receive:

An exchange for another available item;
A replacement item; or
Store credit.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash and may be subject to an expiration date disclosed when issued.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

When an approved return shipping label is provided by ProBuilds Custom LLC, the cost of that shipping label will either:

Be charged to the customer before the return is processed; or
Be deducted from the amount of store credit issued.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers may also be responsible for shipping charges associated with sending an exchanged or replacement item.

Starting a Return

To request a return, email:

Include:

Your full name
Order number
Item being returned
Reason for the request
Photographs when applicable

Do not mail merchandise until you have received written authorization and return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Inspect your merchandise immediately after delivery.

Claims involving damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise must be submitted within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Your claim must include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the merchandise
Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing the claim, ProBuilds Custom LLC may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit or another remedy required by applicable law.

Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Minor differences in garment color, print placement, sizing, stitching or appearance are not automatically considered defects.

Nonreturnable Merchandise

The following merchandise is not eligible for return:

Worn, washed or used merchandise
Merchandise without original tags or packaging
Personalized or customized merchandise
Gift cards
Digital products
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Merchandise damaged after delivery
Merchandise returned outside the approved return period
Unauthorized returns
Items that present hygiene or health concerns
Merchandise marked nonreturnable on the product page

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing immediately after being placed.

Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed and may be approved or denied at the sole discretion of ProBuilds Custom LLC.

Orders that have entered production, processing or fulfillment generally cannot be cancelled.

Giveaway and Sweepstakes Entries

Giveaway or sweepstakes entries have no cash value and cannot be refunded, sold, transferred or exchanged.

Entries associated with an order that is cancelled, returned, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent or otherwise reversed may be voided or removed in accordance with the applicable Official Rules.

A return does not give the customer the right to retain entries connected with the returned merchandise.

The applicable Official Rules control if there is any conflict between this policy and a giveaway or sweepstakes promotion.

Unshipped Orders and Shipping Delays

When required by applicable law, customers will be given the opportunity to agree to a shipping delay or cancel an unshipped order and receive the legally required refund.
