NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF BEING SELECTED.
1. SPONSOR
The ProBuilds 1972 Chevy C10 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by:

ProBuilds Custom LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
CleanSweeps is used by Sponsor solely as a technology provider to record eligible entries and facilitate the random drawing. CleanSweeps is not the Sponsor or legal administrator of the Giveaway.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions regarding the interpretation and administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
An entrant selected in the drawing is only a potential winner unless and until the entrant’s identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified and Sponsor has declared the entrant the official winner.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on August 7, 2026 at 7:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 4, 2026 at 7:00:00 p.m. Central Time (the “Giveaway Period”).
All references to time in these Official Rules refer to Central Time. Sponsor’s computer systems, Shopify records, and CleanSweeps records are the official timekeeping and entry-recording systems for the Giveaway.
Electronic purchase entries and social-media bonus-entry submissions must be completed and received before the end of the Giveaway Period. Mail-in entries are subject to the separate receipt deadline stated in Section 9.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who:
(a) are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction within the forty-eight contiguous United States;
(b) are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry;
(c) have reached the age of majority and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in their state of residence;
(d) are not prohibited from participating or receiving the prize under applicable federal, state, or local law, including applicable United States sanctions laws; and
(e) otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.
The Giveaway is not open to residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, any United States territory or possession, or any jurisdiction where the Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
(a) Sponsor’s owners, members, officers, directors, managers, employees, and agents;
(b) the immediate family members of those individuals, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, step-relatives, and in-laws;
(c) persons residing in the same household as an ineligible individual, whether related or not;
(d) persons or entities materially involved in designing, building, promoting, marketing, operating, administering, auditing, or conducting the Giveaway;
(e) persons with access to nonpublic entry information or the winner-selection process; and
(f) CleanSweeps personnel directly involved in recording entries or conducting the drawing.
Eligibility is subject to verification. Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, residence, legal capacity, and compliance with these Official Rules.
A person does not need a driver’s license merely to enter. Before the vehicle is released, however, the verified winner must either possess a valid driver’s license or designate a legally licensed driver who will be present to receive, drive, or transport the vehicle. The winner must also satisfy all insurance, registration, and legal requirements applicable to taking possession of the vehicle.
5. ENTRY METHODS GENERALLY
Eligible persons may enter through one or more of the following methods:
(a) eligible purchases through the official ProBuilds Custom online store;
(b) the free mail-in method described in Section 9; and
(c) the optional social-media bonus-entry method described in Section 10.
No purchase is required to use the free mail-in entry method. Purchase entries, mail-in entries, and valid social-media entries are placed into the same eligible entry pool. Each valid entry has equal weight in the random drawing.
Entries are personal to the entrant and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, traded, gifted, pooled, or exchanged.
6. PURCHASE ENTRIES
During the Giveaway Period, an eligible entrant may receive entries by purchasing eligible products through the official ProBuilds Custom online store.
Unless a specific product page clearly states a different entry amount, eligible purchases receive ten entries for each full one dollar actually spent on eligible products.
Purchase entries are based on the eligible merchandise subtotal actually paid after discounts and before sales tax, shipping, handling, gift-card charges, donations, or other ineligible amounts. Partial dollars may be rounded down unless the entry amount displayed and recorded by Sponsor’s system states otherwise.
All products offered through the official ProBuilds Custom online store are eligible unless a product page expressly states that the product is ineligible.
Purchase entries are automatically recorded using Shopify order information and CleanSweeps. An order must be successfully completed and paid to generate valid purchase entries.
There is no stated maximum number of valid purchase entries per eligible entrant during the Giveaway Period.
7. DIGITAL-PACK ENTRY AMOUNTS
The following digital products receive the specifically advertised entry totals listed below. These stated totals control over the standard ten-entries-per-dollar calculation for those products.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped for a digital-only purchase.
Sponsor may correct an obvious typographical, technical, pricing, display, or entry-recording error. If a product page, advertisement, product image, or other promotional material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control, except that Sponsor may honor a clearly displayed product-specific entry amount that was valid when the entrant completed the purchase.
8. GIFT CARDS; CANCELLATIONS; RETURNS; REFUNDS; DISPUTES
The purchase of a gift card does not receive Giveaway entries.
If a valid gift card is later redeemed during the Giveaway Period for eligible products, entries may be awarded based on the eligible merchandise subtotal purchased with the gift card, subject to these Official Rules.
Entries associated with any of the following may be withheld, deducted, cancelled, or declared void:
(a) cancelled orders;
(b) returned products;
(c) full or partial refunds;
(d) chargebacks or payment disputes;
(e) declined, reversed, or unauthorized transactions;
(f) fraudulent transactions;
(g) transactions using stolen or unauthorized payment information;
(h) orders placed through bots, scripts, macros, or automated purchasing tools;
(i) orders placed for resale, entry manipulation, or any improper purpose; or
(j) any transaction that violates these Official Rules.
If part of an order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or disputed, Sponsor may deduct the entries attributable to that portion of the order.
If a potential winner’s qualifying transaction is later reversed, refunded, charged back, or determined to be invalid before the prize is awarded, Sponsor may recalculate the entrant’s valid entries and may disqualify the entrant when appropriate.
9. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY METHOD
An eligible person may enter without making a purchase.
To receive free mail-in entries, the entrant must legibly hand-print all of the following information on a plain 3-inch-by-5-inch card:
(a) full legal name;
(b) complete residential street address;
(c) city, state, and ZIP code;
(d) valid email address;
(e) valid telephone number;
(f) date of birth;
(g) the exact words “ProBuilds 1972 Chevy C10 Giveaway”; and
(h) the entrant’s handwritten signature.
The completed 3-inch-by-5-inch card must be placed inside a standard No. 10 business-size envelope. The entrant must legibly hand-address the outside of the envelope and include a return address matching the entrant information on the card.
The envelope must be individually mailed with proper postage to:

Each valid mail-in request receives 100 Giveaway entries.
MAIL-IN LIMIT AND DEADLINE:
(a) Limit one mail-in request per person per calendar day, determined by the postmark date.
(b) An entrant may not submit more than one envelope bearing the same postmark date.
(c) Each request must be mailed in a separate envelope.
(d) Each envelope may contain only one entry card.
(e) Each card and envelope must be completed by the entrant.
(f) The request must be received by Sponsor no later than October 1, 2026.
(g) A request received after October 1, 2026 is void regardless of its postmark date.
The following are prohibited and will result in rejection:
(a) photocopied, duplicated, or mechanically reproduced cards or envelopes;
(b) computer-generated or machine-printed entry information;
(c) preprinted or adhesive address labels used for required entrant information;
(d) automated submissions;
(e) multiple requests in one envelope, package, or shipment;
(f) bundled or bulk mailings;
(g) third-party sweepstakes-entry services;
(h) requests prepared, completed, or mailed by another person;
(i) metered, commercial, or mass-mailing methods used to evade the individual-entry requirements;
(j) incomplete, illegible, altered, or unsigned requests; and
(k) attempts to evade the one-request-per-person-per-calendar-day limit.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Proof of mailing or delivery is not proof that Sponsor received or accepted an entry. Mail-in materials will not be acknowledged or returned.
10. OPTIONAL SOCIAL-MEDIA BONUS ENTRIES
An eligible entrant may receive up to twenty total social-media bonus entries during the Giveaway Period:
(a) 10 entries for following the official ProBuilds Custom account on Instagram; and
(b) 10 entries for following the official ProBuilds Custom account on TikTok.
Each social-media action may be credited only once per person during the Giveaway Period.
To request social-media bonus entries, the entrant must email proof to:

The email subject line must be:

The email must include:
(a) the entrant’s full legal name;
(b) residential city and state;
(c) valid email address;
(d) valid telephone number;
(e) the username used on the applicable social-media platform;
(f) a clear screenshot showing that the entrant follows the official ProBuilds Custom account on the applicable platform; and
(g) identification of the platform for which entries are requested.
The email and screenshots must be received before the Giveaway Period ends.
Screenshots and accounts are subject to verification. Sponsor may reverify the applicable follow before the drawing or winner verification. Altered screenshots, false accounts, duplicate identities, another person’s account, or any attempt to fabricate or manipulate proof will result in cancellation of the associated entries and may result in disqualification.
Social-media bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter by mail.
No entries are awarded for subscribing to the ProBuilds Custom YouTube channel.
Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google are not sponsors, endorsers, administrators, or operators of this Giveaway. Each entrant completely releases those platforms from liability relating to the Giveaway to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any promotion of the Giveaway on YouTube and any entrant conduct involving YouTube must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines available at:

Entries or conduct that violate applicable platform rules may be disqualified.
11. ENTRY RECORDS AND ENTRY DISPUTES
Sponsor’s records, Shopify records, and CleanSweeps records control unless Sponsor determines that a documented error occurred.
If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an electronic entrant, Sponsor may treat the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the order or submission as the entrant, subject to proof of identity and eligibility.
Sponsor may correct entry totals caused by:
(a) duplicate records;
(b) technical or synchronization failures;
(c) refunds, chargebacks, or order changes;
(d) inaccurate product or metafield settings;
(e) human error;
(f) fraudulent activity;
(g) a failure to satisfy the mail-in or social-entry requirements; or
(h) an obvious discrepancy between the valid offer and the recorded total.
Sponsor may request documentation reasonably necessary to resolve an entry dispute. Sponsor’s good-faith decision will be final to the extent permitted by law.
12. PRIZE
One verified winner will receive one 1972 Chevrolet C10 pickup truck (the “Prize Vehicle”).
The approximate retail value of the Prize Vehicle is $70,000.
The Prize Vehicle is owned by ProBuilds Custom LLC. The prize consists only of the Prize Vehicle and the components, equipment, accessories, and modifications physically attached to or contained in the Prize Vehicle when delivered to the verified winner.
No cash, repair allowance, service contract, extended warranty, fuel, ongoing insurance, future registration, maintenance plan, or other item is included unless Sponsor expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
The actual fair market value may be different from the approximate retail value. The winner will not receive the difference if the actual value is less than the stated approximate retail value.
13. VEHICLE AWARDED AS IS
THE PRIZE VEHICLE WILL BE AWARDED AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor makes no express or implied representation or warranty regarding the Prize Vehicle, including any warranty or representation concerning:
(a) merchantability;
(b) fitness for a particular purpose;
(c) quality or condition;
(d) safety or roadworthiness;
(e) mechanical reliability;
(f) mileage accuracy;
(g) emissions compliance;
(h) the legality or compliance of any modification;
(i) future performance;
(j) future repair or maintenance needs;
(k) cosmetic condition;
(l) drivability; or
(m) suitability for the winner’s intended use.
The Prize Vehicle is an older, modified vehicle. Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, mechanical conditions, aftermarket modifications, and future repair or maintenance needs may exist.
The potential winner may inspect or arrange an independent inspection of the Prize Vehicle before final acceptance. An inspection does not create a right to require repairs, modifications, cash, or a substitute vehicle.
The verified winner must sign an as-is vehicle acceptance, liability release, and any other reasonably required transfer documents before the Prize Vehicle is released.
14. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE; NO PRE-DELIVERY TRANSFER
There is no cash alternative to the Prize Vehicle.
The prize may not be assigned, sold, transferred, traded, or substituted at the winner’s request before delivery and completion of the title transfer.
If the advertised Prize Vehicle becomes unavailable because of loss, theft, destruction, title impairment, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a vehicle or other prize of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.
15. TAXES, TITLE, REGISTRATION, DELIVERY, AND OTHER EXPENSES
Sponsor will pay the reasonable and customary costs that Sponsor determines are directly required to complete the initial transfer of the Prize Vehicle, including:
(a) ordinary title-transfer fees;
(b) initial registration fees;
(c) vehicle sales, use, or transfer taxes directly required to complete the title transfer, as determined by the applicable governmental authority;
(d) ordinary transfer documentation; and
(e) pickup or delivery expenses arranged and approved by Sponsor.
Sponsor may pay these costs directly and is not required to reimburse unapproved expenses incurred by the winner.
The winner is solely responsible for:
(a) all federal, state, and local income taxes arising from receipt of the prize;
(b) providing a valid taxpayer identification number;
(c) completing IRS Form W-9 and any other required tax documents;
(d) obtaining and maintaining legally required insurance before taking possession;
(e) future registration renewals;
(f) future inspections;
(g) fuel;
(h) storage;
(i) repairs;
(j) maintenance;
(k) modifications;
(l) towing or transportation after delivery;
(m) operating expenses; and
(n) any cost not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.
Sponsor will report the prize to tax authorities as required by law and expects to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC based on the reportable fair market value of the prize and any other reportable benefits.
Sponsor does not provide tax advice. The winner should consult an independent tax professional before accepting the prize.
16. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and accepted during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
17. RANDOM DRAWING
After the Giveaway Period closes, Sponsor will use CleanSweeps to conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received and accepted.
The drawing is scheduled to be broadcast live on one or more official ProBuilds Custom social-media accounts on October 4, 2026 at or shortly after 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Sponsor may announce the specific broadcast location before the drawing.
The actual selection may occur a short time after 7:00 p.m. to allow Sponsor to:
(a) close the entry period;
(b) reconcile entry records;
(c) remove void, duplicate, refunded, or fraudulent entries;
(d) resolve technical issues; and
(e) confirm the eligible entry pool.
A delay in the live broadcast or random drawing does not extend the Giveaway Period unless Sponsor expressly announces an extension.
One potential winner and one alternate potential winner are expected to be selected during the initial drawing.
The selected entrant is only a potential winner until Sponsor verifies the entrant’s identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules.
18. POTENTIAL-WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the telephone number, email address, and other available contact information associated with the selected entry.
Sponsor may use one or more of the following methods:
(a) telephone call;
(b) text message;
(c) email;
(d) social-media direct message;
(e) certified mail; or
(f) regular mail.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt.
The potential winner is responsible for monitoring telephone calls, voicemail, email, spam and junk folders, text messages, and social-media messages.
Sponsor is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive or respond to a notification because of inaccurate information, filtering, unavailable voicemail, changed contact information, blocked messages, or failure to monitor communications.
19. WINNER VERIFICATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to provide or sign:
(a) government-issued photo identification;
(b) proof of age;
(c) proof of eligible residence;
(d) affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
(e) liability release;
(f) publicity release;
(g) IRS Form W-9;
(h) as-is vehicle acceptance;
(i) vehicle title and transfer documents;
(j) insurance documentation;
(k) driver’s-license or designated-driver information;
(l) identity and fraud-verification documents; and
(m) any other reasonably required legal, tax, title, registration, delivery, or transfer document.
The potential winner must return the required information and documents within the reasonable deadline specified by Sponsor.
Failure to return a document by the initial deadline will not automatically cause immediate forfeiture. Sponsor may provide a reasonable cure period or written extension.
Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner if the person:
(a) cannot be located after reasonable attempts;
(b) does not respond within 72 hours and does not respond to reasonable follow-up attempts;
(c) is ineligible;
(d) refuses the prize;
(e) provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;
(f) fails to complete required documents after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure;
(g) cannot legally receive, insure, or take possession of the Prize Vehicle;
(h) violates these Official Rules; or
(i) is otherwise unable to complete the lawful transfer.
If the initial potential winner is disqualified, declines the prize, or cannot complete verification, Sponsor may contact the alternate potential winner.
If the alternate is also ineligible or unable to complete verification, Sponsor may conduct an additional random drawing if Sponsor determines that doing so is necessary or appropriate to award the prize lawfully.
20. PICKUP AND DELIVERY
The primary prize-transfer and filmed-delivery location will be in the Houston, Texas area.
The verified winner is expected to appear in person to complete the transfer and participate in the filmed prize-delivery event.
The verified winner must make reasonable efforts to take possession within fourteen days after Sponsor confirms that verification and transfer requirements are complete. Sponsor may grant a written extension when reasonably necessary.
If the verified winner cannot reasonably travel to Houston, Sponsor may arrange delivery to an eligible location within the contiguous United States. Delivery in place of local pickup is intended for unusual or rare circumstances and must be coordinated and approved by Sponsor.
A verified winner will not be disqualified solely because the winner cannot initially travel to Houston, provided the winner promptly communicates with Sponsor and reasonably cooperates with an approved delivery arrangement.
Delivery may require additional identification, insurance, title, carrier, access, safety, and legal documentation.
The winner or designated driver may not drive the Prize Vehicle away or accept a delivered vehicle without any legally required license, identification, and proof of insurance.
Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon completed delivery, signed acceptance, and transfer of possession.
21. FILMED DELIVERY AND PUBLICITY
As a condition of accepting the prize, the verified winner agrees to reasonably participate in a photographed and filmed prize-delivery event.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner grants Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and use the winner’s:
(a) full name;
(b) photograph;
(c) video;
(d) image and likeness;
(e) voice;
(f) statements regarding the Giveaway and Prize Vehicle; and
(g) social-media username, if voluntarily provided.
Sponsor may use these materials worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, publicity, promotional, documentary, and social-media purposes without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
Sponsor will not publish the winner’s home address, telephone number, date of birth, driver’s-license number, tax information, or other sensitive personal information.
22. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor may cancel entries and disqualify an entrant if Sponsor reasonably determines that the entrant has:
(a) violated these Official Rules;
(b) submitted false, incomplete, altered, or misleading information;
(c) used multiple identities, accounts, addresses, or other means to evade a limit;
(d) used bots, scripts, macros, automation, or a third-party entry service;
(e) fabricated or altered a screenshot or other proof;
(f) submitted another person’s purchase, account, mail request, or social-media activity;
(g) tampered with Shopify, CleanSweeps, Sponsor’s website, payment systems, email systems, or the drawing;
(h) engaged in fraud, attempted fraud, payment manipulation, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions;
(i) harassed, threatened, abused, or intimidated Sponsor personnel, vendors, entrants, or the winner;
(j) attempted to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway;
(k) attempted to buy, sell, assign, transfer, or pool entries;
(l) violated applicable law or platform rules; or
(m) otherwise obtained entries through an unauthorized method.
Any deliberate attempt to damage Sponsor’s website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
23. TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROBLEMS
Sponsor and the released parties are not responsible for:
(a) interrupted or unavailable internet, email, telephone, network, or platform service;
(b) failed, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or corrupted transmissions;
(c) Shopify, CleanSweeps, payment-processor, email, or social-platform outages;
(d) browser, device, software, or compatibility problems;
(e) entries not recorded because of inaccurate information;
(f) lost, delayed, or incomplete orders;
(g) duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete entry records;
(h) unauthorized human intervention;
(i) typographical, display, printing, or administrative errors; or
(j) any technical or administrative problem beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
If a technical or human error causes more entries or prizes to be displayed or recorded than intended, Sponsor may correct the error and administer the Giveaway according to the valid offers and these Official Rules.
24. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, public emergency, government action, vehicle loss, title impairment, security incident, platform failure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity, fairness, security, or lawful administration of the Giveaway.
When reasonably possible, Sponsor will post notice of a material change on the official ProBuilds Custom website or official ProBuilds Custom social-media accounts.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select a potential winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the effective termination time, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor will not intentionally make a material change that unfairly disadvantages entries already received.
25. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend, and hold harmless:
(a) ProBuilds Custom LLC;
(b) CleanSweeps;
(c) Shopify;
(d) Instagram and Meta;
(e) TikTok;
(f) YouTube and Google;
(g) General Motors and Chevrolet;
(h) Sponsor’s contractors, vendors, affiliates, insurers, service providers, transporters, and professional advisers; and
(i) each of their respective owners, members, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns
from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:
(a) participation in the Giveaway;
(b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, operation, transportation, storage, maintenance, modification, repair, or disposal of the Prize Vehicle;
(c) personal injury, death, or property damage;
(d) tax liability;
(e) publicity, privacy, or intellectual-property claims;
(f) technical, administrative, or entry-recording problems;
(g) the filmed prize-delivery event; or
(h) any act or omission of a third-party carrier, platform, vendor, or service provider.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the released parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from the Giveaway or the prize.
If Sponsor is found liable despite these limitations, Sponsor’s liability to an entrant will be limited to the entrant’s actual documented out-of-pocket postage cost for one valid free mail-in entry, except where a different remedy is required by law.
27. PLATFORM AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMERS
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Shopify, General Motors, or Chevrolet.
CleanSweeps supplies entry-recording and random-drawing technology but is not the Sponsor.
Any trademarks, vehicle names, logos, or platform names are used only for identification. No affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement should be inferred.
28. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a legal action, an entrant must send written notice describing the dispute to:

The entrant and Sponsor will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
Except where prohibited by law, any legal claim must be brought individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
Exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding will be a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Galveston County, Texas.
No mandatory arbitration provision is included in these Official Rules.
29. PRIVACY
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be collected, stored, processed, and used to:
(a) record and verify entries;
(b) communicate with entrants;
(c) contact and verify a potential winner;
(d) prevent fraud and abuse;
(e) conduct and document the random drawing;
(f) complete the vehicle title transfer, registration, pickup, or delivery;
(g) satisfy tax, legal, and recordkeeping obligations;
(h) administer and enforce these Official Rules; and
(i) publicize the verified winner as permitted by these Official Rules.
Sponsor may share necessary information with CleanSweeps, Shopify, payment processors, email providers, professional advisers, tax professionals, government authorities, title and registration providers, insurers, transporters, and other service providers involved in operating the Giveaway or transferring the prize.
Marketing email or text-message consent is separate and is not required to use the free mail-in entry method or receive valid social-media bonus entries.
Personal information will otherwise be handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available on the official ProBuilds Custom website.
30. WINNER INFORMATION
After the winner is verified and the prize transfer is completed, Sponsor may publish the winner’s full name, photograph, video, and voluntarily provided social-media username.
Winner information may be posted on the Winner Information page of the official ProBuilds Custom website and may remain available for at least ninety days.

Sponsor may wait until eligibility verification and vehicle transfer are complete before releasing winner information.
31. RECORDS
Sponsor may retain Giveaway records, including entry records, order records, mail-in requests, social-entry submissions, drawing records, verification documents, and winner-transfer documents, for the period reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, resolve disputes, satisfy tax and legal requirements, and protect Sponsor’s rights.
32. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
33. NO WAIVER
Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not waive that provision or Sponsor’s right to enforce it later.
34. HEADINGS
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.
35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Official Rules, together with any lawful product-specific entry offer expressly incorporated into them, constitute the complete rules governing the Giveaway.
If these Official Rules conflict with an advertisement, product image, social-media post, email, countdown timer, oral statement, or other promotional material, these Official Rules control, except that Sponsor may honor a clearly advertised product-specific entry amount that was valid when an eligible purchase was completed.
